What to Expect: Payment & Insurance

Billing & Insurance

I don’t bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service unless we’ve discussed otherwise. If you’d like, I can provide a detailed superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.

I use a private-pay model so I can give you more personalized, one-on-one care without the restrictions that often come with insurance. That means more time with you, treatments tailored specifically to your body, and a more complete approach to helping you feel and move better.

FAQs

Q: Can I still use my out-of-network benefits?
A: Yes, in many cases you can. If your plan includes out-of-network coverage, you can submit your superbill for potential reimbursement—it just depends on your specific benefits.

Q: Can I use HSA or FSA funds?
A: Absolutely. Chiropractic care is usually an eligible expense, so you can use your HSA or FSA to pay for your visits.
