 Chiropractic is centered on the detection and treatment of spinal subluxation to improve function and promote overall health. 

My approach prioritizes performance over pain relief.  Specializing in manual adjustments for the spine.  My mission is to improve function with gentle and effective traditional chiropractic techniques. 

Always expect a thorough spinal assessment prior to any chiropractic adjustment.  Every assessment is designed to detect spinal imbalance.  Once detected, specific adjustment are performed which assist in  increasing mobility and functionability while also decreasing pain.  After the adjustments are complete, a few minutes of soft tissue work is done to help relax and soothe away tension while enhancing proprioception.  A full session usually takes 15-20 minutes to complete. 

Chiropractic is covered by most PPO's.  Check with one of the offices above to see what services if health insurance covers. 

No.  You are in charge of you own health and lifestyle habits.  Although regular chiropractic adjustments will give you health benefits, it is ultimately up to you to continue with care at your own frequency.
